What we collect, and what we don't.

• Contact form fields, name, email address, optional company, and the text of your message. Collected only when you submit a form on this site (Book a Feasibility Call, Ask an Architect, AI Readiness Quiz report).
• Aggregate usage analytics, page views, referrer, country, device type, and a handful of custom event names (nav clicks, form submits, quiz completions). Collected via Plausible, which is cookieless and does not identify individuals.

• Cookies, none, anywhere on the site.
• Fingerprints, advertising IDs, cross-site tracking signals.
• Session replays, heatmaps, mouse-movement recordings.
• Any content from the AI Readiness Quiz or planning notes unless you explicitly submit it via a form.

• Responding to your message, typically within one business day.
• Scoping engagements and preparing proposals for prospects who've asked for one.
• Understanding, in aggregate, which parts of the site are useful to visitors so we can improve them.

• Plausible Analytics, EU-hosted, cookieless, does not profile visitors.
• Email delivery provider, form submissions are routed to our inboxes via a transactional-email service. The provider handles the message only long enough to deliver it.
• GitHub Pages, the site itself is served from GitHub Pages. Standard web-server logs (IP, user agent) exist at that layer.

We don't share submission content with anyone outside the people directly involved in your engagement.

Form submissions stay in our inbox until an engagement concludes plus a reasonable follow-up window (typically up to 24 months). Aggregate analytics retained indefinitely, but they can't be traced back to an individual. Ask us to delete your records at any time via the address below.

You can ask us to:

• Tell you exactly what we have on file for you.
• Correct anything that's wrong.
• Delete it entirely.
• Stop contacting you at any time.
